Biography

I am a Senior Teaching Fellow in Marketing and Course Leader for BA International Business. 

Before joining the 91¸£ÀûÍø I worked at Sheffield Hallam University where I also completed my PhD on Emotional Labour and Masters in International Tourism. In addition to this, I gained industry experience by working in hospitality and tourism.

My research interests lie in the areas of emotional labour, service industry, tourism and tour operators as well as entrepreneurship.
